it is february 8th 2013 and we got a foot of snow !! Teddy Gram Note GeneratorI made cookies they are called biscotti it is an Italian dish it is a desert and a nice sweet chocolate treat. This is my recipe here are the Ingredient’s

• 4 eggs
• 1 third cup of coco
• 1,3 quarter cup of all porous flower
• One cup of brown sugar
• 1 and 3 quarter of chocolate chips
• One tea spoon of coffee or espresso ( if you like coffee)
• 1 tea spoon of baking soda
• Quarter tea spoon salt
• 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup of melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
• 2 Tea spoon vegetable oil

First preheat oven to 320 Celsius .Then combine all dry ingredients like flower, salt baking soda, chocolate chips , brown sugar and coffee powder. Into a boll. After that combine the 4 eggs to the vegetable oil and vanilla. You can add some roasted nuts I. didn’t. Then put the 2 mixes together and mix them in a machine until it becomes dough. Once it is dough it will be sticky separate the dough into 2 pieces. Make them into logs and place them on a tray with parchment paper and put in oven for 30 to 40 minutes when done leave to cool for 10 minutes then cut them. Put them on the tray again and back in the oven for 15 minutes on each side then let them cool for 10 minutes and your can also drizzel or dip them in the white choclate and your done ! enjoy! it can be searved with tea milk and coffee.
